VICTO RIO Production, Events and Artist Management, opened February 16, 2004, is owned and managed by Mr. Nestor \“JOJO\” C. Victorio, a former officer of an American bank formerly based overseas. Our mission is to render full commitment, mutual relationship and excellent service to future clients.

VICTO RIO is backed up by competent staff, Office Manager Jay Balagot, Senior Models Consultant - Caren-Ann Racoma, Talent Coordinator – Lynne Llnbore and the official in-house Photographer- Jeffrey Sonora. VICTO RIO has easy access to consultants, designers, directors and writers, if required by future events and production.
