“Mossimo Kids, Baby Mossimo Casting Call 2010” is looking for who will be the Next Face Models of Baby Mossimo and Mossimo Kids.

MOSSIMO KIDS is excited to announce also the launch of its Online Casting in partnership with MyFameandFortune.com - a professional modeling/talent site that services the entire Modeling/Talent Industry since 2004.

MOSSIMO KIDS is pleased to invite all Families to enter their Babies (ages three and under) and Kids (ages four to 12) to participate in the MOSSIMO KIDS Online Casting for an opportunity to be the Next Mossimo Kid Face Model 2010 – 2011, who will be featured in all their Store Windows of Mossimo Kids Outlets nationwide.

REQUIREMENTS:

1.) Open to all interested Models, you can start submitting your application from May 9 until June 15, 2010 deadline.

2.) Via our Online Registration to “ Baby Mossimo, Mossimo Kid Casting Call 2010 “ page at MyFameandFortune http://www.myfameandfortune.com . Just click “Register”, fill up the form and click “Submit”. Then after, “Log-In” and upload your Single Photo entry.

Note: The above registration is open to all interested Talents free of any charges but does not give you a full access to MyFameandFortune but limited only to the casting call.

4.) Model Requirements are for the following Gender/Age Categories. Open to all Aspiring and Professional Models:

* Baby Girls (ages 1 to 5)
* Baby Boys (ages 1 to 5)
* Girls (ages 6 to 12)
* Boys (ages 6 to 12)

5.) The Selection Process will be based upon the following:

* 34% overall appearance of the child as shown in the photo

* 33% overall personality of the child as expressed through photo

* 33% quality of the photo

Contact/Notify the selected Models for a Go-See/Casting on July 3-4

Casting for selected Entries at Festival SuperMall Alabang.
The selected Models will present themselves to the Mossimo Kids Casters on the above scheduled dates.

Announcement and notification of the Top 20 Models (5 per category) for Final Casting/Photoshoot

Final Casting and Photoshoot of Top 20 Models.
The Models will be asked to pose for the actual In-Store Window Poster during the scheduled Photo Shoot.

Selection process for the Mossimo Kid Image Model will done based on the actual photographs by Mossimo Kid Management, Marketing and Brand Manager.

July 31 - Announcement of the 4 Mossimo Kid Models and Installation of In-Store Window Posters in all designated Mossimo Kids outlets.

Note:
Professional Models/Talent and/or Modeling/Talent Agencies are welcomed to submit applications but must conform with the final talent fee as stated below.


TALENT FEE:


Four (4) Talents will be selected to be the Mossimo Kid Image Model 2010 – 2011, one for each of the different Categories:

• P5,000 worth of Mossimo Kids Gift Certificate a month for the next Ten (10) months with total value P50,000

• One (1) Year MyFameandFortune Membership

• One (1) Year Model Agency Management Contract

• CD of Professional Photo Shoot and Poster

• One (1) Year Exposure as Image Model for Mossimo Kids Marketing Campaigns and Promtions (without any additional Talent Fee).


Sixteen (16) Final Candidates (four from each of the Categories): Final Candidates not selected as Mossimo Kids Image Model will each receive:

The Entry Submission for the Mossimo Kids Casting Call is now officially closed.

We thank all the participants who have successfully submitted their completed entry.

Kindly be guided that all entries to Mossimo Kids Casting Call are officially valid until the end of the event come end July 2010. What has expired is your ability to upload new photographs and info changes.

All entries will be reviewed starting today 16th June until 30th June, 2010 and a selection process will take effect on who will be invited to the Grand Go-See on July 3,2010 Saturday for Girl & Boy Kids ages 5-12 and on July 4, 2010 Sunday for Girl & Boy Baby ages 1 -4 years old at Festival Supermall, Filinvest Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

Note that what Mossimo Kid is looking for are Children who are Photogenic ( looks good in photographs ) and can very well be the Image Model wearing Mossimo Kids which POSTERS will be featured in all Mossimo Kids Outlets nationwide for the next 10 months.

The tasks to be undertaken will be very difficult since we have to see each individual photograph submitted to see who can be the Next Mossimo Kid.

For this we ask your understanding and patience, we will be sending out invitations to all the selected individuals ( based on your contact info ) to come to Festival Supermall for the judges to see them in person for further evaluation. Invitation Emails will be sent out starting June 23 until June 30.

10am - 12noon: Registration ( invited participants get your number ) and Meet&Greet invited Top Modeling/Talent Agencies.

1pm - 6pm: Meet&Greet Individually (as your number is called) the Mossimo Judges

what i gather is the judges are having a difficult time selecting since there are so many talents that are great....lets wait till thursday when i can make an official announcement on who will be selected to appear before the panel of judges on july 3 and 4. also aside from mossimo..who will be the top modeling agencies present on the 2 days to officially scout for talents they want to manage....am as excited as you all.

Casting Procedures:

a.) Registration starts at 10am sharp, proceed to the designated area and bring with you your emailed INVITATION.


b.) Proceed to the Registration Desk, submit Invitation and sign-in at Guestlist. Your names will be at the Guestlist and after completing registration, your child will be given a CASTING NUMBER which will be placed of his/her shirt.

c.) Registration time is from 10am until 1pm only. In the meantime, Mossimo has prepared various activities for your child before the start of the CASTING and during the CASTING.

- Be Seen, Be Known, Be Discovered by the Top Modeling Agencies:

• IMAJ PRODUCTION MOTIVE
• CHASE PRODUCTION
• THE MOVING DOLL MANAGEMENT

- Various Activities by Pixie Forest.

- Discounted Mossimo Kid & Baby Mossimo Outfits with a 7 Day Full Access Electronic Pin to MyFameandFortune.

d.) Casting will start at 1:30 pm sharp. ONLY Participants with a CASTING NUMBER will be allowed into the Waiting Area.

e.) Your Number Grouping will be called then proceed to the Waiting Area and await to be called.

f.) Only Mossimo Kids will be allowed into the Waiting Area. Parents will have to wait in their designated area. For Baby Mossimo, only the child and one Adult will be allowed into the Waiting Area

g.) Your NUMBER will be called out and Participant will then proceed to the Casting Room where she/he will stand infront of the Panel of Judges while facing a camera and given instructions on what to do.

*Remember this casting is for a PRINT IN-STORE POSTER which major criteria is how well you look on camera, how well you follow instructions and how well you can project wearing a Mossimo Outfit.

*If your Number is called and you do not appear or are late then you lose the chance to be casted.

h.) Judges after your short appearance will then give out a slip of paper stating to the ones they have been selected “ for consideration” to the Top 20.

i.) End of the Casting Call and you may leave.

4. After the Grand Go-See, the Judges will meet and from the “ CONSIDERED “ Models
will select the TOP 20 FINALISTS between July 5 until the official Announcement on July 10.


5. IF YOU ARE LATE TO REGISTER OR UNABLE TO COME, THEN WE ARE SORRY BUT YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO CAST ANYMORE.

6. IF YOU FORGOT TO BRING YOUR INVITATION, THEN WE ARE SORRY BUT YOU WILL BE TAGGED AS “GUEST” AND ONLY BE PERMITTED TO ENJOY THE ACTIVITIES WITH EXCEPTION TO ATTEND THE CASTING.

1. If My Child is turning X years old on the XX,2010- where shall his category fall? what date shall we attend?

-TO DETERMINE AGE GROUP ALWAYS NOTE HIS/HER AGE WITHOUT COUNTING THE MONTHS.

-SCHEDULES PER AGE GROUP:

JULY 3 FROM AGES 5 to 12 YEARS OLD AT MINI TRADE HALL

2. Do we need or have to have our child dressed in a Mossimo Outfit?

-WE HAVE NO STRICT LABEL PREFERENCES. IT IS YOUR CHOICE HOW TO DRESS UP YOUR CHILD SO AS LONG AS SHE/HE COMES IN CASUAL WEAR WITHOUT ANY FANCY COSTUME TYPE OUTFIT, HEAVY MAKE UP ( GIRLS ), FANCY JEWELRY AND ACCESSORIES ( HATS, SUNGLASSES, ETC.)

-ALSO NOTE THAT YOUR CHILD IS CASTING TO BE A "MOSSIMO IMAGE MODEL"

3. What do we need to do?

-REMEMBER THAT THE AUDITION IS FOR A PRINT IMAGE MODEL SO YOUR ONLY CONCERN IS TO HAVE YOUR CHILD KNOW HOW TO POSE TO A CAMERA, HAVE VARIOUS GOOD EXPRESSIVE FACIAL EXPRESSIONS AND GOOD BODY MOTION. ALSO IMPORTANT CAN FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS.

-FOR BABY, I SUGGEST YOU GET HIS/HER FAVORITE TOY AND BRING SAID TOY TO THE CASTING SO YOUR CHILD WILL BE DISTRACTED IN FRONT OF THE PANEL JUDGES. AND YOU CAN USE THE TOY WHEN NEEDED ( FACE CAMERA, FACIAL EXPRESSION LIKE SMILE, BODY POSES, ETC.). ALSO SUGGEST THAT YOU PRACTICE WITH YOUR CHILD TO MAKE A GOOD TEAMWORK AND BE PREPARED DURING CASTING.

4. Which of my children has been invited since I only used one email address?

-NOTE, WHEN YOU REGISTERED YOUR MOSSIMO KID ACCOUNT THE SYSTEM ONLY ACCEPTS A UNIQUE EMAIL ADDRESS PER ENTRY.

-YOU WILL HAVE TO SEE WHICH EMAIL ADDRESS CORRESPONDED TO WHICH CHILD

-THERE WILL BE A MASTER LIST AT THE REGISTRATION TABLE WITH THE NAMES OF ALL INVITED CHILD. IF YOUR CHILD'S NAME DOES NOT APPEAR, THEN HE/SHE WILL BE TREATED AS ONLY A GUEST AND CAN NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE 'MOSSIMO KID CASTING PORTION' OF THE DAYS EVENT.

5. Does the Invitation mean that my child has been chosen already as a Mossimo Image Model?

-THE INVITATION IS FOR THE GO-SEE/CASTING/AUDITION PURPOSE ONLY. WHICH MEANS THAT YOUR CHILD HAS TO STILL UNDERTAKE THE PROCESS OF BEING SEEN AND JUDGED WHETHER HE/SHE QUALIFIES TO BE IN THE TOP 20 FINALISTS.

-AFTER THE GO-SEE, THERE IS STILL TWO MORE PROCESS WHICH IS THE SELECTION OF THE TOP 20 AMONG ALL SELECTED MODELS IN THE GO-SEE ( GIVEN A SLIP FROM MOSSIMO ). JUDGING WILL BE INTERNALLY DONE FROM JULY 5 TO JULY 10. THEN THE SELECTED 20 MODELS WILL BE ASKED TO ATTEND A PHOTO SHOOT ON JULY 17. THEN THE JUDGES WILL SELECT THE 4 MOSSIMO KID MODELS ON/BEFORE AUGUST 1, 2010

6. What if I am late for the Registration Schedule due to XXX reason?

-IF YOU COME AFTER THE TIME SCHEDULED TO REGISTER. THEN YOU CAN NOT ANYMORE BE PART OF THE MOSSIMO KID CASTING PORTION OF THE DAYS ACTIVITY.

-REGISTRATION DESK CLOSES AT 1PM SHARP

7. My child is still a baby, the line maybe too long and it maybe too long for her/him to be in the venue all the time?

-A PARENT/GAURDIAN CAN REGISTER IN BEHALF OF THE CHILD WHILE THE CHILD CAN BE IN OTHER MORE QUIET OR MORE RELAXING PART OF THE MALL OF YOUR CHOICE.

-THE CHILD ONLY HAS TO BE IN THE VENUE BY 1:30PM OR A REPRESENTATIVE. BUT IF YOUR NUMBER IS CALLED AND YOU ARE NOT THERE ON SAID CALL THEN WE WILL HAVE TO DISQUALIFY YOU FROM THE CASTING AND YOU MAY NOT ASK TO BE PART OF THE NEXT GROUP.

9. May I ask how is the casting number given out? Is it first come first serve or alphabetical order?

-The registration starts at 10am, casting number then is given as you register ( being the first will give you #1 as an example ). then casting with judges start at 130pm. your number will be called, you walk in with your child-judges will ask your child to make several poses in front of the camera then decide to give you a slip which says you qualify to the selection process of who will make it to the top 20 finalists or no slip given.

After the mossimo kids casting portion, you have the opportunity to meet & greet three top modeling agencies, who will ask you for a scheduled vtr/interview in their office if interested to manage your child's career or not.

these are the two casting portions in the go-see aside from other activities.

10. Suggestion

you want for an adult to line up at registration w his/her invitation. registration desk will have the list of names of selected participants which you will simply show invitation, id and/or account username, sign and get your casting number.

then you can proceed inside for other activities or find a place in the mall which you like then come back at 130pm for the start of the casting. ( similar set up as american idol )
