How to get a MyFameandFortune Modeling Package

To receive your MyFameandFortune Modeling package and activate it,you will have to make a deposit at any Banco De Oro branch near you. A list of branches can be found on the link below.

BDO branches

1. Acquire a Cash Deposit Slip from the branch and fill up the CASH DEPOSIT SLIP with the following information.

ACCOUNT NUMBER - 00-436-8005-268
ACCOUNT NAME - Jose Antonio O. Alonso
DATE - (The Date of your deposit)
AMOUNT - PHP ( amount selected plus P50 )

2. Proceed to the bank branch teller with your cash and submit a filled up Cash Deposit Slip form.

3. Upon payment via Bank Deposit we will need the following information you can find on the receipt the Bank Teller validates.

Please refer to the bank receipt you receive after payment, you should be able to provide the following information to us, so we may send you your electronic access to create your personal MyFameandFortune accounts.

Please make sure the name of account is Jose Antonio O. Alonso, if the receipt shows a different name please mention this to the Bank Teller then email us with the subject matter "PAID" and provide the following information on the body of the email.

1. The Date and Time of your deposit.
2. The Bank Branch Code wherein you deposited the amount.
3. The amount of your deposit.
4. Your Full Name

Send us this email within the period of one week from the time you purchased your account and we will send you your electronic access Pins after bank verification which will allow you to register and enjoy all the benefits mentioned above.
